Patient Information
What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
If you know what to expect at your first appointment with us, you and your pet will have a much more pleasant and seamless experience.
Get Settled
Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so you have time to fill out our New Patients Form. If you want to save some time, you can also complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's medical history with you and discuss any health issues they may be having. You will also have a chance to ask any questions you might have, and we will be sure to dedicate time to providing you with an answer.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After assessing your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis, if we have detected any issues, as well as your cat or dog's treatment options. Your vet will work with you to sort out the best treatment plan for you and your pet.
After your visit, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand for whenever you need it.
